I actually started pet sitting many years ago when I was in high school. At that time, I was an assistant to a couple of Persian cat breeders-cleaning cages, feeding and helping to bathe the cats. I also helped take care of horses, sometimes for friends, sometimes for payment for riding lessons. Then about 20 years ago, while working for an animal hospital, I had clients request to have me sit for their pets in their home. Next thing you know, I had a strictly word of mouth pet sitting business. It was based solely on referrals. I moved back to New England in 2007, still working for veterinary hospitals. Most recently, I have decided to dedicate my time and services strictly to helping families take care of their furry family members, allowing me more time to spend with my own two-legged and four-legged family members. My goal is to take care of your family as though it were my own and provide a level of service that exceeds your expectations for animal care.
